在ALFA的這幾個星期我們每天去兩家家訪，一間學校做衛教。今天一早我們先坐吉普車來到第一家，這家的主人是一個和藹的爺爺，他曾經是個軍人，真的上過戰場參加戰爭！家紡的開始大伙坐在木編床上一起聊天瞭解他們的家庭、水源、農作等等。經過聊天他們也比較瞭解我們，我們就開始幫這一家的成員做簡單的身體檢查，並爭對他們檢查的結果做一些衛教，並且送他們牙刷還有台灣的鳳梨酥請他們吃。

接著我們走了很長的路去另一間小學衛教，然後再走一小段路去第二家家訪位置。第二間家訪的家有一顆很大的鳳凰樹，這家的男主人有著非常幽默又可愛的氣質，並且長得很像瘦了的周潤發，與我們相談甚歡。訪談中的一件趣事，因為當地人告訴我們鳳凰花很好吃，於是我們就在家訪中大啖鳳凰花，還真的很好吃呢～～～

傍晚我們要去一直以來很照顧我們的當地志工(我們稱他為N先生)家拜訪，走了好長一段山路，沿途劈荊斬棘，我們才到了他位於山頂的家，視野風景非常漂亮。N先生滿強壯，我們非常確信一定是每天回家跟上班走這麼長一段天然健身路才練成的。我們與一群當地志工在這聊天，喝奶茶，N先生的四個孩子實在是太可愛，其中大兒子更是與我們玩得不亦樂乎。另外N先生家的牛似乎對於我們這群黃種人的面孔十分驚嚇！對我們的一舉一動都有很大的反應。

There were 7 members in this family. Their daughter hadn’t had finished her education after the sixth standard. After the tenth standard, their son went to be the police officer. Most of food they eat had been planted on their own. In 1971, the head of the family had joined the first India-Pakistan war in which Bengal was independent from India.

They felt uncomfortable sometimes, and they would go to see the doctor. However, they would make wine sometimes. Making wine was the tradition of this tribe. It didn’t take much money; therefore, they might take wine as organic medicine. There was one thing which caught our focus; it was mill to make flour.

About the physical examination result, there were severe teeth problems like teeth decay and teeth dental calculus. And his wife got hypertension. She took medicine regularly. However, when we checked her blood pressure, the systolic blood pressure was more than 150 mmHg. Maybe changing the medicine would be a good way. Plus, we suggested her not to eat too salty to prevent it from worsen.
